Privacy
VAT Invoice Check is designed as a lightweight informational tool. The current MVP does not create user accounts, does not act as a bookkeeping archive, and should not be used to submit unnecessary confidential data.
What users should avoid entering
- bank details unless strictly needed for your own internal review
- personal identity numbers
- health data or other special-category personal data
- confidential contract terms that are not needed for the checklist
- unnecessary customer personal data
Data handling principle
The tool should only process the invoice information needed to generate the checklist result on the page.
Storage model in this MVP
This MVP is intended as a browser-based checker, not a record-retention system. No permanent invoice archive is intended for a basic check beyond normal technical, hosting, and security processing.
Operational logging
Basic technical logs, security logs, and anonymized usage analytics may exist at the hosting layer to operate and protect the service.
User responsibility
- protect confidential business data before using the tool
- verify invoice accuracy independently
- keep records in line with accounting and tax obligations
